Converting points into gifts must be done at the same time as ordering products.
Delivery time for CluB gifts
The delivery time for gifts depends on their availability at the time of ordering. If they are in stock at Bruneau, they will be delivered at the same time as the product order. If they have to be delivered by the manufacturer, they will be delivered separately.
Delivery address for CluB gifts
Gifts will be delivered to the address specified at the time of the order: this can be the delivery or billing address of the receiving company.
In case of a problem with your gift
Exception: an e-gift voucher cannot be cancelled or returned. If the CluB points used for the order are cancelled (e.g. after an order has been cancelled), Bruneau reserves the right to reclaim the value of the e-gift voucher.
You can convert all or part of your CluB points into an immediate discount.

You can view your CluB points history in your My Account section, under My CluB benefits, my points account. Here you will find an overview of your points purchases and conversions for the past 12 months.
Acquired points are valid until 31/12 of the year following the date of acquisition.
- Points acquired before 01/01/2025 expire on 31/12/2025.
- Points acquired in 2025 are valid until 31/12/2026.
