WASH YOUR HANDS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY

CLEAN THE WORKPLACE REGULARLY

4

COUGH AND SNEEZE INTO YOUR ELBOW

Most viruses are transmitted through direct contact (at the workplace especially through the hands). Do you feel like you need to sneeze or cough? Cough into your elbow! This way you reduce the risk of contamination. Practical: Provide tissue boxes in the offices. They can always come in handy. ;)

AVOID TOUCHING SPECIFIC GERM NESTS SUCH AS:

lift buttons: take the opportunity to get some exercise using the stairs!
the door handle of your office: make sure the door stays open...
