The footrest test

A footrest? Gosh, that's for "old people"! That was my (primal) reaction when my colleague Laura bought this strange object... She went on saying "yes, I assure you, it's good for your back... etc". Faced with her overwhelming enthusiasm, I decided to test it myself.
