The SpeechExec Basic dictation and transcription software connects author and transcriber. It facilitates communication, individual workflow configuration settings, and organizational flexibility to help save time and resources.

• Easily track and manage workflow between author and transcriber. Recordings are automatically assigned to the appropriate person for shorter processing times.
• Licenses are now assigned to individual users, not individual computers, giving you the freedom to work from your office or from a remote laptop. A flexible license also allows you to easily reactivate a license in case of hardware failure.
• Job lists help authors and transcribers monitor the status of their work. They save time by avoiding unnecessary status update communications. Files can be organized into subfolders, assigned properties and specific comments, and marked as urgent to help organize and prioritize tasks.
• SpeechExec Basic allows authors to automatically download all their dictations from their voice recorder directly into the software and route them to the appropriate destination via their local network, FTP server, SpeechLive, or email.
