The new version of the very popular Moon Wood office armchair with headrest. This exclusive version will fit in perfectly with office and conference interiors, as well as home office zones.
Synchronised mechanism with depth adjustment and adjustable backrest height, available without the need to stand up from the chair, ensure the highest comfort of use.
The highest quality materials and precision of workmanship are a guarantee of reliability.
This product is available in wood 06 (light walnut). You could also find on our offer the same product but with other wood colour.
Seat and back are upholstered. We use artifical leather - Valencia fabric produced by Spradling. It is very durable (300 000 Martindale cycles), flammability, very easy to clean.
Mechanism:
Moon Wood is equipped with the Synchro Plus movement mechanism. When the lock for a selected position is released, the backrest swings in a coordinated movement with the seat, imitating the user's movement in the chair. The range of movement of the backrest is deeper and faster than that of the seat. The amount of resistance that the backrest exerts during movement is adjustable, which makes it possible to adjust it to the user's weight.
The user can lock the selected position (including the standard working position) at any time, and swivel the backrest and seat by moving a lever under the seat.
The mechanism also makes it possible to adjust the depth of the seat, i.e. its distance from the backrest. This is the PLUS function included in its name. Thanks to this feature, the backrest functions will be available to both short and tall users.
The chair is fitted with R10 black armrests adjustable in three planes:
- up and down, it allows you to adjust the armrest height so the forearm is at a 90 degree angle to the torso, which significantly relieves back muscles during long periods of work in a sitting position. The height adjustment range of the armrest is 7.5 cm.
- forward/backward adjustment of the armrest pad to the length of the forearm. The adjustment range is 6 cm.
- the angle of the armrest pad is 15 degrees, which makes it easier to type or to get up from the chair.
Backrest: The backrest is finished with high quality beech wood of european origin, which is stained in the colour of your choice and varnished with high quality water-based varnish, safe for the environment and people.
Seat: Upholstered, clearly profiled to reduce pressure on the thighs and to ensure an ergonomic pelvic position. It is adjustable in depth and height. Constructed of plywood injected with polyurethane foam. We offer a wide range of fabrics and colours.
Rolling base: The lightweight, polished aluminium wheeled base, is equipped with 60 mm diameter wheels which are safe for parquet and laminate floors. They also work well on carpets.
